氧化铝陶瓷支撑体与SiO2涂膜液的结合性研究

Abstract
In order to get inorganic ceramic membrane with good properties,and better sewaging disposal condition single tube Al2O3 ceramic suppor CuO and SiO2 membrane are used as raw materials,and combined by dip-coating method toughly to prepare porous ceramic composite membrane.In the process of experiment,the influence factors such as coating time,dipping time,pull rate,dry conditions were discussed.The sample was characterized by mercury poro-simeter and scanning electron microscopy (SEM).The results show that the composite mem-brane was prepared by support and the membrane suspensions after pretreatment with the ex-periment steps of impregnation,drying,impregnation,drying and sintering.The process pa-rameters are as follows:three times coating,20 s dipping,1 mm/s pull rate,under the condi-tion of 50% RH,40 ℃ to be dried,and sintered.Eventually composite membrane which is not easy to fall off is prepared without crack and with good bonding performance and good pore structure.关键词
