网络危险数据细分控制器的设计与实现
Design and implementation of network dangerous data segmentation controller
摘要
Abstract
The control efficiency and control precision of the previously-designed network risk data controller is low die to the influence of low frequency resonance characteristics of the step motor.Therefore,the network risk data segmentation controller is designed.The network data transmitted into the stepping motor in the controller may cause a current fluctuation.The A4988 subdivision chip is used to perform a subdividing control of the current.The power supply module provides voltage conversion for A4988 subdivision chip for subdividing control to maintain the normal work of the subdividing chip under standard voltage.The data screening module includes classification circuit and transceiving circuit.The transceiving circuit receives the network data controlled by A4988 subdivision chip.The classification circuit screens out of the dangers data in the network data,and then transmits if to the user through the transceiving circuit.The subdivision control model of network data is built with software to implement the efficient and accurate control of the controller.Experimental results indicate that the designed controller has high control efficiency and control accuracy.关键词
