摘要

Abstract

During the reliability analysis on the correlation board cards of train-mounted power grid for high-speed maglev train,it's difficult to provide an accurate and quantized analysis result due to the fuzziness of evaluation indicators and natural language,and the influence of analysts' subjectivity.Therefore,the fuzzy mathematic method was used to improve the criticality analysis.The expert evaluation is quantized and calculated by means of single factor evaluation set,comprehensive evaluation matrix and professor weight factors to get the result of fuzzy criticality evaluation.Taking the failure mode of a capacitor in the circuit board for ventilator monitoring belonging to the maglev on-board power system as an example,a failure mode and effect analysis (FMEA) and criticality analysis (CA) are established based on the circuit analysis result.The evaluation method based on fuzzy criticality is adopted to make a comprehensive judgment in combination with four professors' opinions.The result shows that conclusion is consistentwith the fact,which means that the method can combine professors' advices and decrease the influence of subjective factor.
