南疆地区干果类小型仓库自动存取系统的设计与实现
Design and realization of automatic storing and retrieving system for dry fruit storehouse in Southern Xinjiang

Abstract
Aiming at the problems of low-level automation,low space utilization rate,great labor intensity and so on of dry fruit storehouse in Southern Xinjiang,a kind of automatic storing and retrieving system based on PLC for dry fruit warehouse was designed.Some photoelectric sensors are used in the warehouse to detect the awaiting goods.The PLC is taken as the system's control core for controlling the stepping motor to drive the stacker to make corresponding treatment,that is,the stackers could send or fetch the goods automatically by a stepping motor under PLC's control.The testing results show that the system has stable performance and strong practicality.A single system's storage capacity P1 is 126.1 times/h,and its delivery of cargo from storage P2 is 126.3 times/h.关键词
