摘要

Abstract

The current design simulation technology for 3D printing of ceramic products has the disadvantages of low resolution and poor effect,and is unable to effectively describe the designer's work.Therefore,a kind of new ceramic product 3D printing design simulation technology based on the 3D image reconstruction technology is researched.The FDK algorithm is taken as 3D image reconstruction technology.The principle of FDK algorithm is introduced in this paper.The FDK algorithm is described with the pseudo code of C language.The corresponding code is given.The ceramic product 3D printing service platform architecture is built in accordance with the characteristics of the network service platform.It mainly includes the physical layer,service architecture layer,infrastructure layer,core service layer,application layer and customer layer.According to the characteristics and requirements of ceramic product3D printing,the running mode of ceramic product 3D printing service platform is determined in combination with the resource supply forms,resource types and customers' requirements of the ceramic products 3D printing equipment.The design simulation process of ceramic product 3D printing is introduced.The experimental results show that the proposed technology has high definition,with which the design of ceramic products can be described effectively.
