摘要

Abstract

Niobium is a strategic element in numerous industries of China,and depends on imports excessively. The main reason of the above-mentioned phenomenon is that the grade of niobium ore in China and economic benefit of batch exploitation are low,and the chemical separation causes serious irreversible damage to environment. In order to improve the grade of Nb ore essentially,a new X-ray fluorescence signal processing method was designed to identify the content of niobium element in ore rapidly,with which the content of niobium element in single-block prepared sample can be detected within 0.05-0.5 s. The prob-lems of poor stability and repeatability,low throughput,severe ballistic losses and big baseline shift are solved,which is caused by over-reliance on resistance and capacitance while the analog system of the traditional luminoscope is used for signal processing. A thought of all-digital signal processing is proposed to digitize the signal emitted by fluorescence detector to ensure signal integrity. The digital signal is processed with filtering,differential and quantization to get the accurate spectral line signal. The samples with known composition and content were tested. The result proves that it is accurate and all the indicators have been optimized.
