鸡RB1基因的生物信息学分析
Bioinformatics analysis of chicken RB1 gene
摘要
Abstract
Chicken RB1 gene was investigated.Multiple sequence alignment,phylogenetic tree and protein structure of RB1 protein from 15 different animals were analyzed by bioinformatics.Furthermore,gene structure,promoter and 3'UTR of RB 1 gene were compared among human,mouse and chicken.The results showed that evolution relationship of chicken was close to human,while chicken was distant to human and mouse in promoter and 3'UTR of RB1.This research provides a reference for further studies on the function of RB1 gene in chicken.关键词
