双阳梅花鹿IGF1基因多态性与产茸性状相关分析

摘要
Abstract
We reported the effects of candidate gene of insulin like factor-Ⅰ gene on antler production in the current study.Single nucleotide polymorphisms (SNPs) of the IGF-Ⅰ gene were identified and genotyped by polymerase chain reaction followed by single strand conformation polymorphism (PCR-SSCP) analysis in Shuanyang sika deer.The results showed that one SNPs (824 T→C) was detected by DNA sequencing.The genotype AB exhibited significantly higher antler production and neck circle than that of AA and BB (P＜0.05).关键词
