摘要

Abstract

This study aimed to investigate the effect of probiotics added in different levels on immune organs index and serum immune indexes for providing references for the popularization and application of probiotics in broiler breeding.A total of 120 healthy AA+ broilers were randomly divided into 4 groups:control group,group Ⅰ,group Ⅱ and group Ⅲ were added 0,0.5,1.0,2.0 g/kg in the diets of the compound probiotics,respectively.The test period was 28 d.The results showed that the titer of Newcastle disease (ND) antibody in group Ⅰ was significantly higher than that of the control group (P<0.05).The thymus index,bursa index,ND antibody titer,IgA content and IgG content in group Ⅱ were significantly higher than those in the control group (P<0.05).The thymus and bursa index,ND antibody titer and the content of IgA,IgG content and IgM content in group Ⅲ were significantly higher than that of the control group (P<0.05).The results suggested that the compound probiotics could significantly improve immune organ index and serum immune indexes in broilers,and 1.0 g/kg was the most suitable dosage in clinical application.
