一株猪源多杀性巴氏杆菌的分离鉴定及药敏试验
Isolation and identification of one Pasteurella multocida strain from swine and its drug sensitive test
摘要
Abstract
One bacterial strain was isolated from the lung swab of pig with an obvious respiratory symptom in a large-scale pig farm of Sichuan.The bacterium was identified based on the morphological observation,biochemical assay,and 15S rRNA sequence analysis.The sensitive drugs and virulence were also determined.The result showed that the bacterial strain was demonstrated to be Pasteurella multocida.It was sensitive to 19 antibiotics including cefuroxime,ceftriaxone and amikacin,moderately sensitive to ampicillin and medemycin,but resistant to oxacillin.And the bacterial strain was highly virulent.The study provides reference data for the prevention and control of P.multocida infection.关键词
