摘要
Abstract
Objeetive To explore the effects of three-module therapy in the treatment of muscle-invasive bladder cancer (MIBC) in senile patients.Methods The clinical data of a total of 53 senile patients with MIBC who had been admitted to our hospital and has received bladder-preserving three-module treatment were analyzed retrospectively to explore the effects of three-module therapy in the treatment of MIBC in senile patients.R~ults Among the 53 patients in the group,26 patients (49.1％) had no complications,such as difficulty in urination and enteritis,and could complete the whole process of three-module treatment.During the three-year follow-up visit,among the 36 patients,21 patients (58.3％) had no recurrence or metastasis,12 ones (33.3％) received another three-module treatment,and three ones (8.3％) died of organ failure;during the five-year follow-up visit,among the 17 patients,four patients (23.5％) had no recurrence or metastasis,seven ones (41.1％) received another three-module treatment and six ones (35.3％) died of organ failure.Conclusion The ladder-preserving three-module therapy in the treatment of MIBC in senile patients can avoid the complications after radical cystectomy,is beneficial to improve the quality of life of patients,can effectively control tumor progression and is an alternative reasonable therapeutic regimen.关键词
