超声引导经皮穿刺引流治疗胰腺假性囊肿疗效观察

Abstract
Objective To observe the effects of ultrasound guided percutaneous puncture drainage in the treatment of pancreatic pseudocyst.Methods The patients with pancreatic pseudocyst admitted to our hospital were selected.234 patients received ultrasonic-guided percutaneous puncture catheter drainage (drainage group) and 32 patients received surgical treatment (surgical group).The length of stay (LOS),effects,postoperative complications,recurrence rate and other indexes between the two groups were compared.Results All patients in the drainage group successfully received ultrasonic-guided percutaneous puncture catheter drainage and had no pancreatic leakage,infection diffusion and other complications.The LOS [(19 ±7.8)d] and the incidence of complications (0.4％) in the drainage group were significantly lower than those in the surgical group [(23 ± 8.9)d,6.3％] (P ＜ 0.05);the overall response rate (ORR) (96.2％) and the recurrence rate of pseudocyst (2.3％) in the drainage group showed no statistical difference from those (96.7％,3.1％) in the surgical group (P＞ 0.05).Conclusion Ultrasonic-guided percutaneous puncture catheter drainage has such advantages as minimal invasion,short LOS and few complications,and low recurrence rate and better effects in the treatment of pancreatic pseudocyst.Therefore,it may be used as a clinically preferred therapy.关键词
