大型风电场的控制性能评价标准及储能控制策略研究
A Research on the Control Performance Standard and Energy Storage Control Strategy for Large Scale Wind Farms

Abstract
In order to improve the reliability of large-scale wind farms,this paper proposed a wind control performance standard (WCPS) to assess wind power control error (WPCE),based on rigorous statistical methods.The standard is based on the statistical characteristics of random variables,focusing on the long-term control performance.It can more accurately describe and reflect the wind power output characteristics of randomness and uncertainty than the traditional evaluation standard,and get better control effect.In order to stabilize the volatility of wind power output,improve the absorptive capacity of wind power.This paper proposed a wind farm energy storage system charging and discharging control strategy,based on WCPS.Finally,a wind farm daily data as an example,to verify that the feasibility and effectiveness of the control standards and the control strategy.Simulation results show that the proposed control strategy could greatly decrease the wind power prediction error,effectively reduce the storage of the charge and discharge system adjustment frequency,ease the burden on the standby unit,reduce the cost of adjustment of power grid,improve the power grid the absorbing capacity of wind power,guidance of wind farm connected to power system under electricity market model.关键词
