摘要

Abstract

To study the effect of wet flue gas desulphurization (WFGD) technology on the emission of flue gas,the flue gas before and after WFGD is sampled to analyze the concentration,particle size distribution,morphology,element composition and contents as well as phase structure of the flue gas particles in a power plant.The results show that the removal efficiency of WFGD on flue gas particles is about 51.07% with more significant effects on larger particles.At the desulphurization tower outlet,the concentration of particles has diameter less than 2.5 μm is increased.After desulphurization,the aggregation morphology of the flue gas particles changes from chain structure to cluster structure while the aggregates get smaller.The content of Si and Al elements in the flue gas particles are decreased by 36.97% and 51.15% respectively,while the content of Ca and Mg elements are increased by 4.67 and 8.64 times respectively after desulphurization.There are about 11.59% limestone and 23.56% gypsum matters in the particles at the outlet of WFGD system,and the content of coal fly ash is about 64.85%.
