摘要
Abstract
Objective To observe the effects of correction of sunken upper eyelid with orbicularis oculi muscle flap combined with autologous fat transplantion. Methods 22 patients with Sunken upper eyelid were enrolled in this study since 2012. All the patients were treated with orbicularis oculi muscle flap combined with autologous fat transplantion. Results One patient was given a second time autologous fat injection to further recompense the Sunken. All the rest 21 patients all reached satisfied clinical effects after the treatments. Conclusion Orbicularis oculi muscle flap combined with autologous fat transplantion is an effective technique to reconstruct sunken upper eyelid.关键词
