Abstract
Objective To observe clinical curative effect of PDO(p-dioxanone)combined with the injection of hyaluronic acid in mid-inferior facial aging. Methods 76 patients who accepted the treatment of hyaluronic acid injection and PDO were followed up,and the treatment effect and prognosis were observed from January 2014 to June 2016. they were evaluated individually by nasolabial groove shape criterion and mandibular margin morphology standard at pre-and post-operation with double blind method. And the therapeutic effect was observed. Results All patients were followed up for 3 to 24 months, lost 3 patients. The facial aging of the rest of the patients improved, the satisfaction was satisfactory. The scores after treatment were lower than those before treatment, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.01). Conclusion PDO combined with hyaluronic acid is beneficial to improve the mid-inferior facial aging, especially in the treatment of facial aging due to loss of facial volume and facial skin laxity. Patients were highly satisfied with this treatment, and it is worthy of promotion.关键词
