摘要

Abstract

Objective To investigate the effect of VSD technique combined with epidermal growth factor solution on wound healing and inflammatory response in patients with deep burn. Methods 100 patients with deep burn in our hospital from February 2010 to February 2017, were divided into control group and treatment group according to the random number method, 50 cases in each group. After wound cleaning, the two groups of patient's wound was closed with VSD device, the treatment group was treated with epidermal growth factor solution washing suction device and the wound of the patients, the control group was treated with normal saline. The wound healing condition and the inflammatory reaction conditions were compared between the two groups. Results After treatment 5 days, there was no significant difference between the two groups wound healing rate (P>0.05), but compared with the control group, inflammatory markers interleukin 1 (IL-1) and tumor necrosis factor alpha (TNF-α), as well as stress indicators noradrenaline (NE), epinephrine (E), plasma renin activity (R) of treatment group were significantly decreased (P<0.01). The wound healing rates of 10 d and 15 d were significantly increased in the two groups, and the treatment group was higher than that in the control group (P<0.05). In the treatment group, the wound healing time, the number of scar healing cases and the number of infected patients were significantly lower than the control group (P<0.05). Conclusion VSD technology combined with epidermal growth factor solution can promote the wound healing of deep burn patients, improve the treatment effect of the wound, reduce the patient's inflammatory stress reaction. It is worthy of clinical promotion.
