Abstract
Objective To discuss the nursing coordination in correction of nasoseptal deviation. Methods 80 cases of patients received correction of nasoseptal deviation in our hospital from January 2016 to April 2017 were selected, they were divided into routine nursing group and specialized nursing group according to different nursing methods, 40 cases of each group. The operation time, intraoperative blood loss, postoperative complications and satisfaction scores of the two groups were statistically analyzed. Results The operation time and the amount of blood loss in the specialized nursing group were significantly less than those in the routine nursing group, the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). The postoperative satisfaction scores of the specialized nursing group were significantly higher than that of the routine nursing group(P<0.05). The incidence of postoperative complications in the specialized nursing group was 12.5%, which was significantly lower than that of the routine nursing group(25%)(P<0.05). Conclusion The specialized nursing cooperation in nasal septum surgery patients can effectively shorten the operation time, reduce the amount of bleeding, can obtain satisfactory results after operation.关键词
