Abstract
The xenogenic acellular dermal matrix(Xeno-ADM), a new biomaterial, remove epidermal cells and the cellular components of the dermal layer of the skin (now mainly pig) by physical, chemical and biological methods. Collagen,other extracellular matrix proteins and basement membrane are reserved in Xeno-ADM. Related studies have shown that ADM has the characteristics of rapid vascularization, low antigenicity and stable nature, and has been widely used in clinical treatment. The characteristics and clinical applications of xenogenic acellular dermal matrix are reviewed in this paper.关键词
