黄麻耐盐性评价及盐胁迫下的生理响应
Evaluation of Salt Tolerance and the Physiological Response of Jute at Seedling Growth Stages

Abstract
In this study,20 jute germplasm resources were cultured with hydroponics supplemented with NaCl of 250 mmol/L.8 characters of 20 jute materials were measured,including shoot height,stem diameter,upper ground weight,root weight,total weight,shoot dry weight,root dry weight and total dry weight.Then 20 jute germplasms were evaluated and classified according to salt tolerance by subordination function method and cluster analysis.3 jute materials with different salt-tolerance were treated with NaCl at different concentrations of 0 mmol/L,150 mmol/L and 250 mmol/L,and the content of soluble sugar,soluble protein and free proline were measured.The result showed significant difference of the salt tolerance among different materials.Based on the comprehensive evaluation values (D values) of 20 jute germplasm resources,they could be classified into 3 groups by cluster analysis.8 germplasms had high salt-tolerance,8 germplasms had the moderate salt-tolerance,and 4 materials were salt sensitive.The content of soluble sugar and free proline of the leaves of 3 different grades all significantly increased,but the soluble protein content significantly decreased under salt stress.When NaCl concentration was 150 mmol/L,the content of soluble sugar and free proline of the leaves of qingpi dama were significantly higher than that of tianma and nanyang changguo,and the soluble protein content were significantly higher than that in nanyang changguo.When NaCl concentration was 250 mmol/L,the content of soluble sugar,free proline and soluble protein of the leaves of tianma were significantly higher than that of nanyang changguo and qingpi dama.关键词
