灰树花栽培基质的亚麻屑优选研究
Research of Flax Residues Selection in the Cultivation of Grifola Frondosa
摘要
Abstract
In order to explore the feasibility of Grifola frondosa cultivation with flax residues,screening the prior flax residues substrate application amount in Grifola frondosa production,Grifola frondosa was cultivated using flax residues instead of sawdust as substrate.The experiment had 6 treatments and flax residues substitutes were 0％-78％.The edible fungus mycelium growth and related agronomic traits were observed.The results indicated that:Grifola frondosa cultivated using flax residues is feasible,and the fruit-body in 15％-30％ flax residues substitutes instead of sawdust is similar to the one in the control group,so the treatment of 15％-30％ flax residues substitutes is the prior method for Grifola frondosa cultivation.关键词
