Ultrasound and renal perfusion evaluation of acute kidney injury
摘要
Abstract
There is a lack of effective treatments for acute kidney injury (AKI) and maintaining renal perfusion and optimizing renal hemodynamics are the main therapies.The effective renal perfusion pressure depends on arterial diastolic pressure and central venous pressure,but enough perfusion pressure doesn't mean enough renal-blood.It is helpful to realize the renal-perfusion-goal directed hemodynamic therapy to use renal doppler and contrast-enhanced ultrasound technique to evaluate the renal resistive index and blood distribution of macro-and microcirculation,and it may become an important direction of development in AKI field.关键词
