超声与重症患者低氧血症的鉴别诊断
Differential diagnosis between ultrasonography and severe hypoxemia
摘要
Abstract
Acute respiratory failure is the most common organ dysfunction m critically ill patients,and hypoxemia is the most prominent clinical manifestation of acute respiratory failure.A variety of diseases may lead to hypoxemia.Etiological treatment is considered as an important guarantee for effectiveness.Because of the critical condition,the patients with hypoxemia often can't be transferred for inspection.Bedside ultrasound possesses the advantages of being visible,noninvasive and convenient,which plays an important role in the diagnosis and treatment ofhypoxeria.关键词
