摘要
Abstract
Ultrasound is one kind of safe and easy-to-perform,non-invasive testing,which is widely used in the field of intensive care medicine.Bedside ultrasound plays an important role in evaluation of gastrointestinal function and diaphragmatic function.Measurement of proximal stomach size and modified single transverse section of gastric antrum with ultrasonography can evaluate gastric emptying function and guide the implementation of EN therapy.Measurement of diaphragm thickness and movement extent can early detect the diaphragm dysfunction and predict the removal of respirator.关键词
