尿毒症患者血液透析持续时间对听功能损害临床研究
A clinical study of the effects of different time durations of hemodialysis treatment on hearing function

Abstract
Objective To investigate possible effects on hearing function of the patients who underwent different time durations of hemodialysis treatment.Methods To totally 51 patients (n=102 ears) receiving hemodialysis treatment were collected in our hospital from 2010-2013,and these patients were divided into four groups according to different time durations ofhemodialysis as follows:group B (time duration of hemodialysis＜ 1 year,n=26),group C (time duration ofhemodialysis was 1-2 years,n=24),group D (time duration of hemodialysis was 2-3 years,n=22) and group E (time duration of hemodialysis＞5 years,n=30).Another 20 normal persons with similar age and gender were selected as controls (n=40).The hearing function was examined using auditory brain response (ABR) test.Results The value of each group was (18.0±2.7) dB nHL (Control Group,n=40),(20.0±3.1) dB nHL (Group B,n=26),(22.0±3.3) dB nHL (Group C,n=24) and (24.0±3.9) dB nHL (Group D,n=22),28±4.3 dB nHL (Group E,n=30),respectively.The mean ABR threshold of all groups ofhemodialysis were found significantly higher than that of controls (P＜0.05).Furthermore,ABR threshold was found to increase with the prolonged time duration of hemodialysis among all examined groups (P＜ 0.05).Conclusion Hemodialysis could impair the hearing function;the degree of hearing impairment may correlate with prolonged time durations ofhemodialysis.关键词
