摘要

Abstract

Yeast is fungi single-celled microorganism,with the characteristics of facultative anaerobic and stronger acid resistance.Yeast can be used to produce a lot of new biological feedstuff and feed additives.These products can provide a variety of nutrients to improve the intestinal microflora balance of animals,and to achieve the effects of promoting the growth performance and improving the immunity of livestock and poultry.They can achieve similar effects to the antibiotic growth promoters,with a broader market prospects.This article analyzed and sorted out the species,application effect and the mechanism of biological feed products derived from yeast,in order to promote the development and application of them.
