LibQUAL and Ridit-based analysis of needs for subject service in medical libraries of Guangdong Province
摘要
Abstract
After a subject service level assessment system was established by investigating the subject service in medical libraries of 5 Guangdong universities with LibQUAL +questionnaire, the needs of users for subject service were analyzed using Ridit and product scale respectively, which showed that the users are more interested in"serv-ice effectiveness" and "control of resources and information" than subject librarians.关键词
