肺纤维化细胞因子参与机制及中药治疗研究进展
Cytokine Mechanism Involved in Pulmonary Fibrosis and Research Progress of Its Treatment with Traditional Chinese Medicine
摘要
Abstract
Pulmonary fibrosis is a kind of chronic diffuse interstitial lung inflammatory disease that is intractable, with a high incidence of disease. At present,the pathogenesis of pulmonary fibrosis is not clear,and more and more studies have found that it is a process of regulation by a variety of cytokines through a number of signaling pathways. Due to the lack of effective treatment for pulmonary fibrosis, the mortality rate is increasing year by year. The research of treatment of pulmonary fibrosis with traditional Chinese medicine has become a hot spot. Recent studies on the pathogenesis of pulmonary fibrosis about cytokines and the treatment with traditional Chinese medicine are reviewed.关键词
