透脓散对浅部化脓性炎症趋化因子补体5a、白三烯4的影响
Effect of Tounong powder on chemotactic factor C5a and LTB4 in superficial purulent inflammation
摘要
Abstract
Objective To explore effect of Tounong powder on C5a, LTB4 and abscess healing in superficial purulent inflammation, and analyse its mechanism. Methods The wistar rats were divided into disease model control group, high, middle and low doses of Tounong powder groups, cefradine group, inject staphylococcus aureus into rat's back with superficial purulent inflammation, the different groups rats were treated with different treatment. Observing the size and healing of abscess, taking blood sample to test C5a and LTB4 on the 3,6 and 9-day. Results Tounong powder can reduce the size of abscess and promote the healing of the abscess; 6-day group of theTounong powder can reduce the C5a level, 9-day group of it increased C5a level, and the difference was significant between it and cefradine group; 3-day group of the Tounong powder can reduce the LTB4 level, 6-day group and 9-day group of the Tounong powder can increased the LTB4 level, the difference was significant between it and cefradine group. Conclusion Tounong powder can reduce the size of abscess, promote the healing of the abscess, and affect the blood C5a, LTB4 levels with dual regulation.关键词
