Anti-inflammatory experiment of n-butanol extract of cockcomb flower
摘要
Abstract
Objective To study the anti-inflammatory effect of extract of cockcomb flower. Methods The anti-inflammatory effect of n-butanol extract of cockcomb flower were studied by xylene-induced rat ear swelling test and acetic acid-induced capillary permeability test in rats. Results The results of xylene-induced ear edema in rats showed that the high-dose, middle-dose and low-dose groups of n-butanol extract inhibited the ear edema of rats significantly compared with the model group; The results of capillary permeability test showed that the high-dose, middle-dose and low-dose groups of n-butanol extract could decrease the capillary permeability of rats significantly compared with the model group. Conclusion The n-butanol extract of cockcomb flower has significant anti-inflammatory effect.关键词
