中医综合疗法治疗股骨头坏死疗效及对患者生活质量的影响
Effect of traditional Chinese medicine combined therapy on femoral head necrosis and the influence to life quality

Abstract
Objective To investigate the curative effect of Chinese medicine combined therapy on femoral head necrosis and its influence on the quality of life. Methods 118 cases patients with 184 joints of femoral head necrosis from June 2011 to May 2015 were divided into control group (59 cases, 90 joints TCM) and treatment group (59 cases, 94 joints TCM) , decoction of traditional Chinese medicine syndrome differentiation based on the given Ligustrazine injection in bone with massage therapy, exercise therapy. Observe different treatments and index changes of life quality. Results The total effective rat of treatment group was 87.8%, which was higher than that of the control group 75.5% (P<0.05). The scores of physiological function, physiological function, body pain, general health, vitality, social function, emotional function and mental health for treatment group 3 months after treatment were significantly higher than that of the control group (P<0.05). The scores of pain, function, deformity, and joint activity for treatment group were significantly higher than that of the control group (P<0.05). Conclusion TCM combined therapy can improve the curative effect of femoral head necrosis, the quality of life and promote the recovery of function.关键词
