自制加压冲洗管在消化道出血患者内镜检查中的临床应用
Clinical application of self-made pressurized flushing pipe in endoscopic examination of patients with gastrointestinal bleeding

Abstract
Objective To discuss the clinical effect of the self-made pressurized flushing pipe in the endoscopic examination of patients with gastrointestinal bleeding. Methods From January 1st, 2014 to December 31st 2016, 101 patients with gastrointestinal bleeding finished endoscopic examination in our endoscopy center were divided into3 groups randomly. There were 36 cases in self-made pressurized flushing pipe group, 35 cases in pedaling pump group and 30 cases in syringe group. Nurses pressurized the pouch by pressing the balloon to help flush the vision in self-made pressurized flushing pipe group and stamped the pedal to clear the vision in pedaling pump group. Nurses extracted saline repeatedly using 20ml syringe to inject into biopsy channel in syringe group. Results Time of finding hemorrhagic lesions has no significant differences between self-made pressurized flushing pipe group and pedaling pump group (P>0.05), but the time for self-made pressurized flushing pipe group is much shorter than the syringe group, the difference is statistical significant (P<0.05). Conclusion The clinical effect of the self-made pressurized flushing pipe in the endoscopic examination of patients with gastrointestinal bleeding is similar to the pedaling pump, and it is much better than using syringe to flush the vision.关键词
