实验性糖尿病足大鼠模型的研究进展
Research progress of diabetic foot rat model
摘要
Abstract
Animal model has the advantages of high controllability, good compliance, strong operability, low price and so on. Morbidity of diabetic foot is complex, can be caused by vascular disease, neuropathy and infection factors such as single or joint action. It is difficult to have a model to simulate the whole process completely. At present, the accepted modeling method is high fat diet and streptozotocin combined technique which is induced by common foot ulcer model is surgical removal of the foot skin.关键词
