电场耦合无线电能传输系统负载软切换控制技术
Control of Load Soft-Switched for Electric-Field Coupled Power Transfer System

Abstract
Load-switched changes the topology of electric-field coupled power transfer (ECPT) system, usually causing dramatic impacts on the transistor and making the system cannot work properly. Focusing on the basic characteristics of the E-converter based ECPT system, this paper provides the condition of load soft-switched and proposes a parameter design method to achieve load soft-switched at the fixed operating frequency, where the same equivalent circuit of the system with load-switched is utilized. Thereafter, a set of parameters are obtained. Finally, the simulation and experimental prototypes are built. Both simulation and experimental results verify the proposed method. The system can provide the required power at the steady state with the efficiency over 85%, while it works at low power consumption after the load is removed.关键词
