摘要

Abstract

The effect of L.enzymogenes C3 fermentation on seed germination and growth of soybean as well as enzyme activity of SOD and POD were studied by illumination incubator method.The results showed that different dilutions of L.enzymogenes C3 fermentation had different effects on the growth of soybean seed.When it was treated with C3 fermentation which was diluted to 10 times,the lowest germination rate and the shortest taproot and germ of seedling were observed,indicating that they were inhibited on low dilution ration.On the contrary,when C3 fermentation was diluted to 150 times,the highest germination rate together with the longest taproot and germ of seedling were achieved indicating that the high dilution ration of C3 would promote the development of seed germinating.In addition,the enzyme activity of SOD and PODresponding to the C3 fermentation was also conducted.And the results showed that the inhibition phenomenon occurred in low dilution ration (10 times) while the increasing activity of SOD and POD was observed when the dilution ration gradually rose from 50 to 150.But when the dilution ration was rising to 200,the activity of both enzymes reduced suddenly but still higher than that of the control (CK).In conclusion,our experiments confirmed that there were some constituents lurking in the C3 fermentation that can pro mote the germination of soybean seed and meanwhile improve the growth of seedlings.Furthermore,it is exciting to find that L.enzymogenes C3 also can increase the enzyme activities of both SOD and POD,suggesting that this biocontrol bacterium has the potential to enhance the stress tolerance of soybean.
