借鉴国际上广泛应用的VSD(The vulnerability scoping diagram)评估框架,尝试构建台风灾害脆弱性评估的分析框架,包括暴露性、敏感性和适应性3个维度的指标体系和模型,试图促进台风灾害脆弱性评估的可视化与定量化,以呈现台风灾害时空演化与其脆弱性分布特征.对相关部门制定减轻脆弱性政策提供一些有益启示.
