摘要
Abstract
Ezrin protein is a member of ERM family. It not only takes part in cell proliferation, migration, adhesion and invasion, but also influences cell cycle and cell apoptosis. It is overex-pressed in lung cancer, and the overexpression is highly associated with the development and pro-gression of lung cancer. Ezrin can be used as a biomarker for the diagnosis and treatment of lung cancer. Ezrin can also serve as a new target for the treatment of lung cancer.关键词
