扶正化痰汤联合西药对慢性阻塞性肺疾病患者肺功能及血气分析指标的影响
Effects of Fuzheng Huatan Decoction Combined with Western Medicine on Pulmonary Function and Blood and Qi Indexes in Chronic Obstructive Pulmonary Disease Patients

Abstract
Objective:To investigate the effect of Fuzheng Huatan Decoction combined with western medicine on pulmonary function as well as Blood and Qi indexes in patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD) and to evaluate the clinical curative effect.Methods:Forty-two patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD) who underwent treatment from August 2015 to November 2016 were enrolled in this study.All patients were randomly divided in control group and observation group,with 46 cases in each group.The control group was treated with western medicine and the patients in the observation group were treated with Fuzheng Huatan Decoction in addition to that of the control group.The changes of blood gas and lung function were observed in the two groups after treatment.The improvement of quality of life,sputum score and cough score were evaluated and the clinical curative effects of both groups were examined.Results:After treatment,the PaO2 and FEV1 of the observation group [(82.78 ± 14.90) mm Hg,(66.89 ± 15.89)％] increased more significantly than that [(72.23 ± 11.56) mm Hg,(53.78 ± 6.98) ％] of the control group (P ＜ 0.05).After treatment,PaCO2 of both groups decreases and that [(45.78 ± 10.23)] mm Hg of the observation group was significantly lower than that [(58.90 ± 11.45) mm Hg] of the control group (P ＜0.05).After treatment,the respiratory symptoms,daily activities and mental status of the two groups were improved,and the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group (P ＜ 0.05).After treatment,the scores of sputum score,sputum score and cough score of the observation group were (0.56 ± 0.12),(0.45 ± 0.11) and (0.98 ± 0.24) respectively,which were significantly lower than those in the control group [(1.02 ±0.21),(0.98 ±0.20) and (1.56 ±0.28 min) (P ＜0.05).The effective rate in the observation group was 95.65％ and that of the control group was 76.09％.The difference was statistically significant (P ＜ 0.05).Conclusion:Fuzheng Huatan Decoction combined with western medicine can improve the lung function and improve the quality of life of patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease.The clinical effect is quite remarkable.关键词
