Abstract
Objective:To observe the clinical curative effect of Jianpi Yiqi Huoxue Lishui Prescription combined with Leizhu monoclonal antibody and laser photocoagulation in treatment of diabetic macular edema (DME).Methods:Sixty patients with DME (60 eyes) were randomly divided into observation group (30 cases,30 eyes) and control group (30 cases,30 eyes).The control group was treated with vitreous cavity injection and retinal laser photocoagulation.The observation group was treated with Jianpi Yiqi Huoxue Lishui Prescription in addition to that of the the control group.One dose daily,taken twice a day.14 d was a course of treatment.According to the conditions of the patients,each treatment interval was between 3-5 d,which lasted for 3month.The best corrected visual acuity (BCVA),central macular retinal thickness (CMT) and complications were observed at 1 week,1 month,2 months,3 months and 6 months after treatment.Results:There was no significant difference in BCVA and CMT between the observation group and the control group at 1 week and 1 month (P ＞ 0.05).During the treatment at 2 months,3 months,6 months,that of the two groups were statistically significant (P ＜ 0.05).There were no obvious complications after treatment.Conclusion:Jianpi Yiqi Huoxue Lishui Prescription combined with Leizhu monoclonal antibody and laser photocoagulation is safe and effective in treatment of DME.It has the effect of improving vision,stabilizing eyesight,reducing or eliminating macular edema and preventing macular edema recurrence.关键词
