冬菊洗液结合创面浸浴疗法治疗四肢深Ⅱ度烧伤临床研究
Effectiveness of Balneotherapy with Dong-ju Lotion in Treating for Extremity Deep Second Degree Burn Wound
摘要
Abstract
Objective To observe the effect of balneotherapy with dong-ju lotion in treating extremity deep second degree burn wound.Methods A total of 180 cases of extremity deep second degree burn wound between January 2011 and September 2015 were randomly divided into the treatment group (90 cases) and the control group (90cases).In the treatment group,the patients had a bath with dong-ju lotion,and then the wounds were treated with dressing change in routine method.In the control group,the patients had a bath with normal saline,and then the wounds were treated with dressing change in routine method.The healing condition,the adverse reaction and bacteria clearance were observed in two groups after treatment.Results The wound healing quality in treatment group was better than that in the other group.The bacterial clearance rate of the two groups was significantly different.No any adverse reactions in the treatment.Conclusion Balneotherapy with dong-ju lotion deep second degree burn wound in extremities is safe and efficient,It reduces the risks of the infection of wound and improve the healing quality.关键词
