段海辰教授应用调气和血法治疗消化性溃疡经验
Professor Duan Haichen's Experience in Treating for Peptic Ulcer by Regulating Qi and Blood
摘要
Abstract
Professor Duan Haichen believes that the reasons for Peptic ulcer mainly are the invasion of external Evil factors,improper diet,bad mood and/or Spleen deficiency,which would stomach Qi stagnation,which then causes Blood stasis at the same time since Qi and Blood usually circulate in parallel.Therefore,Qi and Blood disorders are the key pathogenesis of Peptic ulcer.Based on this thinking,Professor Duan Haichen proposes that in treatment of stomachache induced by Peptic ulcer regulating Qi and Blood would be the key principle.During the early period of the disease,methods of Heat clearing and Blood activating should be used to dismiss the innate sore.In the middle period,the methods of dispelling Blood stasis to activate Blood and Qi circulation should be used to help the recovery of wounds.During the late period,method of activating Qi and Blood is used to guarantee the complete healing of the wounds.In other words,method of reconciling the Qi and Blood is used through the disease treatment process to shorten the course of treatment and reduce the recurrence of the disease.关键词
