Abstract
Ye Tianshi's Theory of "Yang Hyperactivity-Induced Inner Wind" proposes that the pathogenesis of Stroke is the Yang hyperactivity and Yin deficiency within humanbody.Therefore he advocated the treatment law or principle of Stroke is to conceal human's Yang activitity with drug of shell category,to restrain human's Yang activitity with drug with sour flavor,and to tonify human's Yin with nutritious food.In clinical practices,classical prescriptions should be applied flexibly.By taking out the drugs which are warm or hot in character and may injure Yin aspect of human,and by adding the drugs which are of sweet or sour taste and cold nature,patients' Yang hyperactivity would be controlled and reasonably regulated.At the same time,regulating the function of Stomach and Liver should be used in medication by decreasing the Liver Fire to improve the performance of Stomach.In this way,a new treatment approach of Stroke,the key pathogenesis of which is Liver and Kindney Yin Deficiency,has been worked out,with the specific method being nourishing Liver and Kidney,tonifying Liver by dispelling inner Wind,and others.关键词
