金荞麦合剂质量标准研究

Abstract
Objective:To establish the quality standard of Jinqiaomai Mixture/agopyrum dibotrys (D.Don) Hara.Method:Fagopyrum dibotrys (D.Don) Hara was identified by TLC;The mobile phase consisted of acetonitrile-water pH adjusted to (3.00 ± 0.02)] (8 ∶ 92) with high performance liquid chromatography.The detection wavelength was 280 nm,and the gold buckwheat mixture of epicatechin was determined in the content.Results:The linear range of epicatechin reference substance was 1.76-17.6 μg,r =0.997 5(n =6),and the average sample was collected by thin layer chromatography.The rate was 99.35％ and the RSD was 1.85％ (n =6).Conclusion:The new quality standard method of Jinqiaomai Mixture is simple and reproducible,and the result is accurate for the quality control.关键词
