Supercritical CO2 Extraction Technology of Volatile Oil of Mugwort Leaf Research

Abstract
Objective:Optimizing the CO2 supercritical fluid extraction method to extract the volatile oil of artemisia argyi process conditions,further improve the moxa leaf essential oil yield and quality.Methods:Using orthogonal experiment method investigation process,factors of extraction pressure (A),extraction temperature (B),separation pressure (C) and temperature (D),and each factor in three levels,with the essential oil yield and the content of eucalyptol as examining index of artemisiae argyi filtered the extraction process of volatile oil.Results:Mugwort volatile oil the best extraction conditions for the extraction pressure of 20 MPa,extraction temperature 30 ℃,separation pressure is 8 MPa,separation temperature of 55 ℃,the average volatile oil yield was 1.443%,the average content of eucalyptol was 0.318 mg · g-1.Conclusion:The extraction process of supercritical CO2 extraction is screened out high oil rate,high eucalyptol content,the comprehensive evaluation process is stable and feasible and which can provide the basis for practical production.关键词
