黄芪多糖抗氧化作用研究
Study of Antioxidant Properties of Astragalus Polysaccharide

Abstract
Objective:To evaluate the antioxidant activity of Astragalus polysaccharides in vitro.Methods:The antioxidant activity of Astragalus polysaccharides was evaluated by studying the DPPHo scavenging ability,OH scavenging ability,ABTS + scavenging ability,O2-scavenging ability and reducing ability of Astragalus polysaccharides.Results:The scavenging rate of DPPH was 71.9% at the concentration of 1 g · L-1,the scavenging rate of astragalus polysaccharide was 60.2%,the removal rate of ABTS + was 52.2%,the astragalus polysaccharide O2 was 33.1%,and the reducing power of Astragalus polysaccharide was 1.32.Conclusion:Astragalus polysaccharides have certain scavenging effect on free radicals (· OH,DPPH ·,ABTS +,O2-),which increases with the increase of concentration,and the Astragalus polysaccharide has certain reducing power.关键词
