中西医结合治疗肾性贫血临床研究
Clinical Study of Integrative Medicine in Treatment of Renal Anemia
摘要
Abstract
Objective:To observe the efficacy and safety of self-made Zishen Yixue Prescription combined with recombinant human erythropoietin in treatment of renal Anemia.Methods:106 patients were randomly divided into treatment group and control group,with 53 cases in each group.The control group was treated with recombinant human erythropoietin.The treatment group was treated with self-made Zishen Yixue Prescription in addition to that of the control group.The two groups were treated for 1 month.The levels of hemoglobin (Hb),hematoxylation (HCT),serum ferritin (SF),transferrin saturation (TSAT),blood pressure compliance and renal function of both groups before and after treatment were observed.Results:The effective rate of the treatment group was 94.34％,which was significantly higher than that (73.58 ％) of the control group (P ＜ 0.05).After treatment,Hb,HCT,SF,TSAT and the blood pressure compliance rate of the treatment group was significantly higher than those of the control group respectively (P ＜0.05).The serum creatinine (Scr) and blood urea nitrogen (BUN) of the treatment group were significantly lower than those in the control group respectively (P ＜ 0.05).Conclusion:Zishen Yixue Prescription combined with recombinant human erythropoietin in treatment of renal Anemia can improve the anemia status of patients,improve the renal function and blood pressure compliance rate,and can improve patients' Hb,HCT,SF,TSAT and the clinical efficacy Significantly.关键词
