中医药防治阿尔茨海默病与Wnt/β-catenin信号通路作用研究述评
Research Review of Prevention and Treatment of Alzheimer's Disease with Traditional Chinese Medicine and role of Wnt/β-catenin Signaling Pathway
摘要
Abstract
The main symptoms of Alzheimer's disease,which is a degenerative disease of the central nervous system,are memory and cognitive impairment.WNT signal pathway is one of the important signal transduction pathways,regulating a variety of target gene's transcription and translation,and participating in the central nervous system's development process.The Wnt / β-catenin signaling pathway is involved in the regulation of various neurological development processes,including synaptogenesis and functional morphological changes,and the differentiation of nerve cells.The Wnt/β-catenin signaling pathway plays a very important role in the AD mechanism.Recently,it has been found that Chinese medicine has a moderating effect on Wnt/β-catenin signaling pathway.Chinese medicine has the advantages of muhi-component and multi-target.Besides,many kinds of traditional Chinese medicine and compound have the effect of protecting nerve vessel units,mainly by regulating Wnt/β-Catenin signaling pathway in the key signaling molecules Wnt3a,Axin2,GSK-3β,Wnt7b,β-catenin,TCF4,Fiz9 and other protein expression.This is a theoretical basis for discussing the pathogenesis of alzheimer's disease and the role of Chinese medicine in the prevention and treatment of alzheimer's disease.关键词
