醒脑开窍汤联合针刺对急性脑梗死血瘀证患者的神经保护作用
Neuro-protective Effects of Xingnao Kaiqiao Decoction Combined with Acupuncture on Patients with Acute Cerebral Infarction with Blood Stasis Syndrome

Abstract
Objective:To explore the neuro-protective effects of Xingnao Kaiqiao Decoction combined with acupuncture on patients with acute cerebral infarction with Blood Stasis Syndrome.Methods:78 patients with acute cerebral infarction were randomly divided into two groups,namely,control group and study group.The control group (n =39) was given routine clinical treatment.The study group (39 cases) was treated with Xingnao Kaiqiao Decoction combined with acupuncture therapy.The levels of neurological deficits,serum S100β protein and neuron-specific enolase (NSE),serum oxidative factor and clinical efficacy of both groups were observed before and after treatment.Results:Compared with that before treatment,the score of the national institute of health stroke scale (NIHSS) decreased and the Barthel score increased after treatment,the differences being statistically significant (P ＜ 0.05).The Nitric oxide (NO),malondialdehyde (MDA),S100 β protein and NSE levels of both groups decreased,the serum superoxide dismutase (SOD) levels increased after treatment,the difference being statistically significant (P ＜ 0.05).Compared with that of the control group,the NIHSS score of the study group was significantly lower and the Barthel score was significantly higher.The levels of serum NO,MDA,S100β protein and NSE were significantly lower than those in the control group(P ＜ 0.05).Serum SOD level was significantly higher than that of the control group (P ＜ 0.05).The clinical effective rate in the study group was 94.87％,which was significantly higher than that (79.49％) in the control group (P ＜ 0.05).There was no significant difference in the adverse reactions between the two groups(P ＞ 0.05).Conclusion:Xingnao Kaiqiao Decoction combined with acupuncture can improve the neurological function,improve the daily living ability and reduce the level of serum oxidative factor in patients with acute cerebral infarction with good clinical curative effect.关键词
