丁苯酞对急性脑梗死患者血清NSE S-100β及氧化标记物的影响
Effect of SBR on serum NSE,S-100βand Oxidative markers in patients with acute cerebral infarction

Abstract
Objective To observe the effect of butylphthalide injection on serum levels of neuron specific enolase (NSE),S-100 βprotein,malondialdehyde (MDA)and superoxide dismutase (SOD)and neurologic function in patients with acute cerebral infarction.Methods 60 cases of acute cerebral infarction were randomly divided into butylphthalide group (30 cases)and control group (30 cases).Two groups were treated with conventional treatment,butylphthalide group were treated with additional bu-tylphthalide injection via intravenous drip,2 times/d.We assessed the serum levels of NSE,S-100β,MDA and SOD and the Nation-al Institutes of Health Stroke Scale (NIHSS)scores of both groups before the treatment and on 7 d and 14 days after the treat-ment.The modified Rankin scale (modified Rankin Scale,mRS)of both groups were also examined at three months after the treat-ment.Results A fter treatment,the NIHSS scores of the butylphthalide group were significantly decreased compared with the control group in 7 d and 14d.The butylphthalide group had significantly lower serum NSE,S-100β and MDA levels and higher SOD levels than the control group on 7 and 14 days after treatment (P <0.05).Butylphthalide group also had significantly lower mRS score than the control group at 3 months after the treatment (P <0.05).Conclusion Butylphthalide injection can decrease the NSE,S-100βMDA levels and increase the SOD expression in serum,improve the neurologic recovery and prognosis in patients with acute cerebral infarction.关键词
