三七通舒胶囊对血管性帕金森综合征的疗效观察
Clinical efficacy of Sanqi Tongshu capsule on vascular parkinsonism
摘要
Abstract
Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy of Chinese medicine Sanqi Tongshu capsule on patients with vascu-lar parkinsonism.Methods 97 patients with vascular parkinsonism were randomly divided into the observation group(50 cases) and the control group(47 cases).The observation group was treated with conventional treatment and Sanqi Tongshu capsule for 3 months;The control group was given conventional treatment.The scores of UPDRS,Hoehn&Yahr,ADL and MMSE,the changes of blood lipid,Hcy and blood viscosity were compared in 2 groups.Results The scores of UPDRS and Hoehn&Yahr significantly decreased,while the scores of ADL and MMSE were significantly increased compared the observation group and the control group (P <0.05);Compared with the changes of blood lipids,Hcy and blood viscosity,there were significance difference in the observa-tion group.Conclusion Sanqi Tongshu capsule is efficacy to vascular parkinsonism.关键词
